When you choose to buy one of our homes with the Assisted Move Scheme, our dedicated sales professionals will work closely with the estate agent to manage the sale process from start to finish. We’ll also pay for all your estate agency fees, selling and advertising costs, which could save you thousands.
What’s more, unless we sell your house at the agreed price, there is no obligation for you to buy the new home. Rest assured that your house sale is in the hands of the experts, doing everything possible to sell your current home.
Here’s how it works
Pay £1,000 to reserve and we instruct an independent surveyor to value your current home.
You & Sunnyside Estate agree a minimum reserve price for your current home based on the survey valuation. (If we are unable to reach agreement, we refund the £1,000 reservation fee back less the cost of the survey.)
An Assisted Move Contract is issued to your chosen solicitor and must be signed within 14 days of issue, only after this will we market your current home.
Sunnyside Estate maintain regular contact with the selling agent to help manage and progress the selling of your home. We will ensure it is frequently advertised and you will receive regular updates.
We find a purchaser and agree on an entry date. Your home is sold, you sign your missive with us and your deposit of 2.5% is due within 1 week of receiving the funds from the sale of your home.
If we are unable to find a purchaser in the time we agreed to market we can legally walk away, choose to extend the marketing or potentially take it on as a Part Exchange property.
