About Sunnyside Estate
Sunnyside Estates Ltd were formed in 2016 to facilitate the purchase of the former 64-acre former Sunnyside Royal Hospital, with the view of turning it into a magnificent residential development.
We are a self-funded joint venture between Pert-Bruce Construction and FM Group. The Company originates from four strong local family cores and the ethos of these are the cornerstone of the business to drive the delivery of high-quality homes.
The homes will be built by Pert-Bruce Homes Ltd, using a blend of our own directly employed and local subcontracted labour to build quality homes that are to the high standards expected by both ourselves and our clients.
We will control the build from start to finish, manufacturing the timber kits in our own onsite production facility so we can ensure that the quality starts from the ground up, allowing us to use all the products and methods we have adopted for many years and know are successful, assuring that all the properties comply with our strict guidelines and quality measures.
To provide further piece of mind each home will also be backed by an NHBC warranty. (Pert Bruce Homes are an A1 Rated member of NHBC).
