We’re back, from staying home and staying safe, trying to be a teacher, cook, gardener, exercise god and failing miserably at them all, we could not even bake a banana loaf that the dog liked!
However, we have more effectively been making our sites COVID secure and getting ready to do what we do best, building homes.
Our site is back up and running, we have partially re-started all external works and will continue to bring more online it the next few weeks to ensure we adhere to all the government guidance, to safeguard our workforce, supply chain and local community safe.

We are delighted to announce that due to initial enquires and reservations taken online over the lockdown, we have also released more properties in the Orchard.
We look forward to welcoming you back soon and showing you what the summer looks like at Sunnyside, the mature trees, lovely open areas, spaces to walk, play and relax, and to letting you know what the future holds for the development.
